A delegation consisting of outstanding students from American middle schools will visit China in the near future. Strategic Cooperation & Full Power Authorization Letter
To: Huangjinjue (Shenzhen) Holding Group Co., Ltd.
Dear Chairman Sun Sanbao,
2026 commemorates the 55th anniversary of China-US Ping-Pong Diplomacy. To implement the national people-to-people exchange initiative of inviting 50,000 American teenagers to China over five years and inherit the landmark diplomatic spirit of Ping-Pong Diplomacy, the board of directors of our foundation has completed special review and collective voting. We hereby extend an offer of five-year in-depth strategic cooperation, together with full authorization and official appointment. The unified term of validity shall run from July 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030.
1. Authorization for Programme Organization & Operation
Huangjinjue (Shenzhen) Holding Group Co., Ltd. is officially designated as the Chinese organizing unit and exclusive overall executive operator of the 2026–2030 China-US Youth Table Tennis Friendship International Exchange Programme.
Within the authorization term, your company shall hold full independent operational rights for all domestic work of the programme, including overall scheme planning, reception for visiting American youth delegations, two-way table tennis exchange and professional joint training between Chinese and American participants, youth cultural study tours, supporting international tournaments, cultural tourism and commercial linkage, domestic and overseas resource coordination, full-cycle project execution and comprehensive operational management. Your company shall enjoy full discretionary power over scheme approval, cooperation investment promotion and channel resource development. Our foundation will fully open official US cooperation channels, overseas youth organization resources and international exchange supporting resources, and provide comprehensive resource support and official endorsement for all domestic implementation work carried out by your company.
2. Official Appointment as Global Ambassador
By formal resolution of the foundation board, Mr. Sun Sanbao is appointed concurrently as the Official Global Ambassador of the US-China Table Tennis Diplomatic Legacy Foundation and the Official Global Ambassador for the 2026–2030 China-US Youth Table Tennis Friendship International Exchange Programme, with the term aligned to the cooperation period stated above.
During the appointment term, Mr. Sun Sanbao shall act as the unified official representative of our foundation and the full exchange programme. He shall be fully responsible for global official promotion, high-level government and enterprise liaison, people-to-people diplomatic exchanges and programme brand promotion. All acts performed in this capacity shall be fully endorsed by the US-China Table Tennis Diplomatic Legacy Foundation. Our foundation will support Mr. Sun Sanbao in all official diplomatic and promotional activities and supply all required qualification certification and supporting documentary materials.
3. Document Validity Statement
This letter serves as both a strategic cooperation agreement and a formal full power authorization document. It shall take effect immediately upon affixation of the foundation official seal and signature by the authorized representative. It is applicable for official procedures including project approval with competent sports, cultural tourism and foreign affairs authorities, strategic business negotiations, qualification verification, domestic and overseas publicity, encyclopedic entry compilation and official news release, possessing complete legal validity for official and commercial use.
We expect your company and Chairman Sun Sanbao to leverage comprehensive industrial strengths to build a benchmark platform for China-US people-to-people youth exchange, further carry forward the value of Ping-Pong Diplomacy in the modern era, and realize mutually beneficial development for people-to-people diplomatic social value and industrial layout. Our foundation will supply US overseas resources and international diplomatic channel support throughout the whole process and fully cooperate with your work progress.

2. Carry out youth exchange and educational programmes: Actively implement the five-year initiative to invite 50,000 American teenagers to China for exchange and study. We will set up special funds to support bilateral youth mutual visits, joint professional training and cultural study tours, cultivate young talents with sound understanding and goodwill toward China, and pass down the spirit of Ping-Pong Diplomacy from generation to generation.
3. Expand multi-field practical cooperation: Break the boundary of single sports cooperation, extend exchange coverage to science and technology, education, finance, environmental protection and other sectors, promote sister-city partnership and trade cooperation between regional authorities of the two countries, and drive sound bilateral relations through mutually beneficial people-to-people collaboration.
